Tuckamore free master class opportunity and Children's concert
On behalf of Nancy Dahn from the Tuckamore Festival:
The Tuckamore festival is offering a free master class for 3 local violinists and 3 pianists on 1:00 on Sunday, August 9 in the Choral Room (1032) at MUN. It will given by Nancy Dahn and Timothy Steeves, professors at Memorial's School of Music. Anyone interested (book 5 or higher) should email Nancy at ndahn@mun.ca soon to reserve their spot.
Also, there will be a Children's concert offered by the Lafayette String Quartet -- again, this is free -- at 1-2 in Cook Hall on Thursday, Aug 6. Sure to be very fun and an amazing concert by this famed string quartet! Please spread the word and bring all your friends.
