You and your child will have fun singing, making creative movement, learning rhythms, counting in multiple languages, learning basic musical concepts, enjoying story time and occasional concerts by young STEP students.

Your child benefits by learning from other children, to take turns,  and to sit with a teacher. There’s free time at the end of class for the children to read books and interact with each other, too. As a family, you’ll learn a traditional nursery repertoire of songs and games that can be incorporated into your daily routine at home.

Your one-time materials fee provides you with the Suzuki book 1 violin and cello recordings. Listening during dinner time, in the car, and in the background is a wonderful way to continually develop your child's aural skills between classes and will ease the transition as they grow into one day learning an instrument.
